Nick Solaczek

I help people build relationships where they feel seen, heard and fully themselves.

I work with individuals and couples through coaching, workshops, and public talks—all centered on the same idea: relationships are where we grow, whether it’s the one you’re in or the one you’re preparing for.

If you’re ready to get some support and make lasting, positive changes, then you’re in the right place.

A woman and a man in formal attire standing outside a building, with the woman in a strapless mauve dress and the man in a dark suit. There is a black sign with yellow text that says "Alissa" and a drawing of a wolf, with outdoor plants and tree reflections in the background.

This is my partner, Alissa.

Together, we’ve built a relationship that we truly love, but that didn’t happen overnight.

We’ve stumbled, tripped and fallen flat on our faces. And, we’ve learned a lot from those experiences. Eventually, we took on the philosophy that relational conflict is an opportunity for growth. (We have grown a lot!)

Our relationship isn’t perfect (no one’s is), but it’s authentic and deeply fulfilling.

It’s hard to summarize everything we’ve learned in a paragraph, but if you are interested in creating a relationship and a life that is fulfilling on your terms, then we should talk.

A note for couples:

Working with me isn’t about endless, circular conversations or trying to fix your partner (who you might think is the problem). My approach involves teaching couples how to talk in a way they have never done before so they can transcend old patterns and move past the places they are stuck.

You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, your partner, and the invisible patterns that shape your connection.

You’ll learn how to create safety, communicate needs, and stay connected even when it’s hard.

Most importantly, you’ll learn how to talk to each other without pissing each other off.

If that sounds like something you are interested in, visit my coaching page to learn more.
